Led by Carl Green, this coaching practice is grounded in one simple belief: wellbeing should feel achievable, especially for frontline and community workers across Northern Ireland.
Too often, people in these roles are offered approaches that feel unrealistic or unsustainable, built around rigid routines, intense programmes, or quick fixes that don’t reflect the emotional and practical demands of their work.
Real wellbeing is built differently. It develops through learning how to regulate stress, recover effectively, move with confidence, and create sustainable habits that support both physical and emotional health over time. It’s about building steadiness and resilience within real life - not outside of it.
At the centre of this work is the Green FIT Recovery Method. This is a trauma-informed approach designed for people in frontline and community settings who may be experiencing stress, burnout, or emotional fatigue. It offers a clear, supportive pathway through Focus, Integrate, and Thrive, helping individuals stabilise, rebuild, and strengthen their wellbeing in a practical and sustainable way
The coaching combines movement, nature-based walk-and-talk support, emotional wellbeing work, and simple, structured guidance. Online coaching is also available, offering flexible support for those who may not be able to access in-person sessions.
This approach helps people reconnect with their bodies, reduce overwhelm, and gradually rebuild energy, clarity, and resilience.
This work is not about pressure or performance. It is about recovery, restoration, and meaningful progress that lasts - supporting people to feel steady again in both work and life.

Carl’s mission is to support frontline and community workers across Northern Ireland through effective burnout recovery, helping them manage stress, prevent burnout, and rebuild balance in their lives. This work is grounded in practical, trauma-informed coaching, rooted in Movement, Nature, and Transformation.
Through a combination of purposeful movement, nature-based coaching, and simple, sustainable wellbeing strategies, he supports people moving from overwhelm and exhaustion toward clarity, energy, and resilience - qualities essential for those in demanding, people-focused roles.
He believes that sustainable wellbeing should feel supportive rather than like another pressure to manage, especially for those who dedicate their careers to supporting others. His focus is on real, lasting change by helping people integrate recovery, strength, and stability into everyday life in a way that feels achievable, grounded, and realistic.

Carl’s vision is to create a supportive coaching space for frontline and community workers where they feel understood, valued, and equipped to prioritise their own wellbeing as effectively as they support others in their burnout recovery journey.
He aims for every person he works with to feel seen, supported, and capable of creating meaningful, lasting change - regardless of the level of stress, burnout, or challenge they are starting from.
The focus is not on perfection or performance, but on fostering sustainable wellbeing that can endure within demanding, people-focused work environments. This includes building recovery, resilience, and stability in a way that feels realistic, achievable, and grounded in everyday life.
As we focus on burnout recovery, it is crucial to acknowledge the role of frontline workers support in fostering sustainable wellbeing.
These committed individuals often encounter significant challenges, and equipping them with the right resources can greatly improve their burnout recovery journey.
